A Little About Myself
Michelle Wolff, Owner
Fluff Dog Grooming was founded by Michelle Wolff in 2014. Michelle has been working with animals professionally for over 17 years. Her professional animal experience includes working as a pet groomer, bather, veterinary assistant, and pet sitter. She has also worked as an assistant dog trainer and supervised the Small Dog Play Group for Braveheart Dog Training. Additionally, Michelle was a licensed massage therapist and has taught classes on canine massage.
Michelle has always been active in pet rescue. Michelle's own dog family consists of Dennis and Jellyfish, her pugs; and Coney, a Chinese Crested she adopted as a senior. She also owns a cheeky rescue cat named Possum.
Michelle has a gentle, careful touch with animals. While she enjoys working with all dogs, she has a soft spot for senior dogs and dogs that are shy, fearful, or sensitive. Her goal is to build a relationship with her client dogs so that they feel safe and comfortable with her. She is committed to grooming, handling, and managing your dog with compassion and care. Michelle uses positive reinforcement methods to help dogs that are fearful or stressed with grooming.
Michelle is a member of the Pet Professional Guild (PPG), which is the Association for Force Free Pet Professionals.

Colette has been with Fluff Dog Grooming since the business opened. She has been grooming for over 20 years and is a well respected poodle handler and breeder. Â While she specializes in toy and miniature poodles, she loves all breeds of dogs. Â Her hobbies are dog shows, music festivals, and spending time with her husband, Mark.
Vicki Ronchette
Groomer
Vicki has been grooming since 1990 and was the owner and operator of Heads or Tails Pet Grooming from 1990 to 1998. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. Vicki is the owner of Braveheart Dog Training in San Leandro and Show Dog Prep School online school. She shows her Dachshunds and Lowchen in different dog sports and also handles some show dogs for other people.

Colleen has been working in the pet industry for over 30 years. She has worked as a professional groomer, veterinary assistant, and dog training assistant. Colleen competes with her dogs in agility and nosework.
Heather LaRosse
Groomer
We are happy to introduce our new groomer, Heather LaRosse. Heather has been grooming for over 8 years. She is a skilled groomer and a wonderful addition to Fluff. Heather specializes in hand scissoring and hand stripping wire coats, but is excellent at grooming all breeds of dogs, cats, and rabbits.
Heather is accepting new dog and rabbit grooming clients. She will be accepting cat clients once our cat grooming space is completed.
