In response to COVID-19, Fluff Dog Grooming has implemented new policies and procedures. Our aim is always to provide the best care for your pet in a safe and clean environment. We thank you for your support and look forward to seeing all of our furry friends again!

***We are not providing walk-in services at this time. All services require an appointment.

Picking Up and Dropping Off:

In order to comply with social distancing, please either pull into a parking space and call 510-755-8933, or ring our doorbell when you arrive . A groomer will come to the door to retrieve or return your pet. Clients are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing during the entire process . Groomers will also wear a mask when retrieving or returning your pet.

 

Payments:

We request that clients use a contactless payment method whenever possible. We can process payments by phone at 510-755-8933 at the time of drop off or pick up. Groomers can also take payment via a portable Square chip reader at the time of drop off or pick up. The chip reader does not require the groomer to handle your credit/bank card. Some groomers also accept payment through Venmo or PayPal; please speak with your specific groomer to see if these payment methods are available.

Cleaning/Sanitizing:

In response to COVID-19, we have implemented the following cleaning and sanitizing procedures in addition to our existing cleaning process:

  • Drying crates and grooming tables are sanitized with a cleaner effective against COVID-19 between each dog.

  • Wash tubs are sanitized with a cleaner effective against COVID-19 between each dog.

  • Hand sanitizer is located at the front counter, at each grooming station, and at the wash tubs. Groomers will sanitize and/or wash their hands regularly throughout your pet's service.
